Call for Abstracts

Poster format and dimensions

Applicants are invited to share their scientific results at the event as a poster, by first submiting an abstract with their application. In addition a small number of short talks may be selected from submitted abstracts. Posters will be displayed on poster boards in a dedicated area at the venue.

The poster display panels that will be available for poster presentations at the conference measure 1000 × 2000 mm, i.e. width x height, but not all of this area is available for your poster. The maximum recommended size/format is the A0 print format, i.e. 841 × 1189 mm (width × height). Please consider using the recommended format, although you can also choose any other size (up to a maximum size of 900 x 1700 mm). In any case, your poster must be oriented vertically (portrait).

Abstracts must be submitted via the online participant portal before the deadline of September 4, 2024.

Accepted abstracts will be searchable on the event website around the time of the event, and collated in online abstract book.
